Terms

• Orders can be received through this online portal to ensure accurate product availability, as well as accurate product names, sizes and prices in the order.
• Be aware that the orders@ email alias will be maintained in the near term, but will be disused in due course.
• Payment is to be made by the 20th of the following Month. If you do not expect to be able to pay bills within that time, please contact our office to make alternative arrangements.
• In accordance with the Commerce Commission regulations, any late payment fees and collection costs will be added to the account and are your liability. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts.
• Free shipping for orders over a certain amount may apply, excluding GST. See Shipping Policy for details.
• Depending on economic or business conditions, terms and pricing are subject to change at the sole discretion of Sugar Free Food.
• If there are any issues or errors with shipments from us, please alert us immediately at hello@sugarfreefood.co.nz so we may address a solution.

Allergen Declaration

While every care is taken during packing, our external contractor site does handle: Peanuts, Tree Nuts (Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, Hazelnuts, Pecans, Walnuts, Macadamias), Gluten, Dairy, Soy, Sesame and Sulphites.
