All wholesale orders $150 and over receive Free shipping nationwide. The B2B Portal has been set with a minimum purchase order value for this reason. 

We reserve the right to change this policy depending on conditions, including changes in road user charges that impact our cost of transportation. 

Collection & Tracking

Our current shipping partner is Castle Parcels – you will receive Tracking information via email once your order has been collected from our warehouse.  

Note that while Collection occurs daily (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 12 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times *

• Auckland: Overnight 
• North Island: Following day
• South Island: 2 business days
• Rural: +1 business day from the above times (Given the higher cost of rural delivery we suggest shipping to a town or workplace that is not a rural delivery address)

*Excludes public holidays and weekends as our courier operator does not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Considerations

Please also be aware that as a small family operated business we reserve the right to delay shipments on days where there are only one or a few orders. 

If your order is urgent, please notify us and we will make our best effort to get product to you on time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are visible within the Shop Cart view and are subject to change.

If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please select the signature required option. This is especially recommended for high value orders. Neither Castle Parcels nor Sugar Free Food are liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after an item has been delivered.
